Flutter Location Provider

Write a Flutter App that uses ChangeNotifierProvider or SteamProvider to provide a source of Location Data for the App, so that we can load up an Array of Lat, Long and Bearings and have this be presented to OnLocationChanged. The App has a switch on the screen called 'Use Internal Locations' and this causes the Location Provider to switch from GPS to the internal Location Provider. The final App must work on both Android and IOS.
