Fix problems on iOS/Watchkit app

Hi.
I'm working on an iOS / WatchApp and I'm having some problem and need to hire a developer to fix it.
I say your profile and I would like to see what you would take to fix the problems.
My iOS app gets info from a macOS app thru socketIO.
The macOS app is a countdown clock and the iOS app and watch app is just going to display the same as the macOS app.
My biggest problem now is that I want complication on my watch and I don't get that to work. I´d prefer If the complication also counts down every second as the iOS and macOS but I can see that might be a problem so could live with a 1min update instead of 1sec.
I have no code for this so that needs to be coded from scratch.
The second problem is that when first ruing my iOS the user needs to change setts under Settings/AppName but to get the settings to the app I need to close and reopen the app.
When reopening the app the user gets asked to approve Notifications and then needs to close and open again to approve the local connection.
I would like this to be more streamlined and not needed for the close and re-open part.
The last part is to take an overlook of the app and do improvements.
I would like to get a Quote for these things separately and combined.

Or a total price.
The app is an open-source project and I'm the main coder so the budget is tight.
I'm hoping for something like 50-100$ per Problem but also wanting your feedback.
