Finish a 95% completed Uber type rideshare app both iOS and android

We are posting this project a second time. We were made aware that the current freelancer was removed from the platform for reasons unknown. The project is a custom built iOS and android ride share app (Uber type). We are reposting this for someone to complete the project and we will only consider proven freelancers that have extensive experience building a rideshare type platform. This project is 95% complete. We need someone to take it to the finish line within the next 2-3 months. Only qualified freelancers need apply. You will need to submit sample projects that are of a rideshare or meal delivery type. Again, to re-enforce, we will not consider any freelancers that have no experience in the rideshare development field. Please no time wasters
