Finish my App

I started to build an App for our Company. Due a lack of time, I need a freelancer to finish it. I'm working with XCode and Adobe Xd. To app is mostly there to show content (Text & Pictures). The difficult thing is to program the following thing: The user should be able to compare a result with others: Example: The user did a test and got 90 Points (he did the test on paper, not in the App). Now he uses the app, where he can write down his number (90) without a loggin. All the informations should be stroraged on the mobile phone of the user. After that, he sees how many points all the other users got, inculding basic statistics. Next time he uses the app, he can't write down an result again for the same test, because the app realizes, he already did that.

All the other work would be mainly designing.
