Enhance Screens/Flow of Mobile Inspections

Update existing web base application that is primarily used by iPhone and Android users when inspecting a location. While application targets phones, it can also be used on tablets and could be accessed from a desktop browser. In terms of screen design an iPhone 6s should be the minimum target screen size. I'm interested in updating the flow of the application to improve the user experience as well as updating individual visual components for a cleaner and more up to date look & feel. Attached are images of the current application screens as well as samples of popup messages.
