In short the app needs to do the following:
1. User point the camera towards a text (title)
2. App reads text
3. App opens database and based on text returns a value to the user
For the graphical design of the app you are free to do it yourself or coroporate with a graphical designer (if you know somebody). The app is quite simple. More detailed will be given to chosen developer.
