Develop Tinder Style Clone in Flutter

We need a dev team to help us build our simple, light weight Tinder Style App for singles and couples. We have designed all the front-end screens and styles in Sketch and need to hand off to a development team to code and complete. Hope to find a dev team that has developed something similar.
We place huge importance of design and presentation - so a dev who understands design would be good.
ONBOARDING - Simple onboarding and sign-up/sign-in with email, Facebook or Twitter. Including password reminder. On signup user will be taken through 3 steps to complete their profile. No profiles can be created with a photo (similar to Tinder).
PROFILE - User will input details about themselves, including age, sex, sexual preferences - Add in photos of themselves - Add in details of what they are looking for in a match.
Matching between members will be based on their profile features and what other users have selected as their matches.
So a profiles has three sections - About User - Photos - Looking For (match filters)
GALLERY - Users can browse photos of profile that match what they are looking for. This will be a thumbnail view. Clicking on the image will change the view where users can like or comment on the photo.
The views of the photo should also be counted.
User can post any kind of image, even adult images which we will tag as adult and will be blurred/pixelated out from being viewed. Other users need to be paid up members to view any more adult images and have set their preferences to show adult images (much like FB or Twitter).
The will be public and private albums in the gallery and users can share private images in one-to-one chats.
ALERTS - Push notifications when a new match is seen around them, when they receive a new message, when a photo of theirs is liked and when a user they have matched with adds a new public photo.
So the app is based on location of users in a radius around the user that match what they are looking for.
MESSAGING/CHAT - User can message one another once matched and also send private photos in the message. These will be photos that have uploaded to their gallery and tagged as private.
COMMENTING - User can comment on photos - very similar to FB comments. Must also have the ability to delete their comments if they want to. In photo comments we will not allow posting of links or emails.
BROWSING - Browsing of matches nearby, within a radius of maximum 100km around the user. Matches are shown to them based on what they are looking for. A match means they can begin chatting.
The app will rely on Geolocation where it will pick up users within a radius around another user. Users can adjust the radius in the matching preferences from 5 to 100km.
SETTINGS - In the settings area user sets their login details, turns their profile on (public) or private (hidden) and can delete their profile or log out.
MEMBERSHIP - Very simple payment and membership system with a once-off lifetime membership. This will tag the users profile as verified, give them the ability to view adult (blurred out) images and the ability to load more images to their profile.
ADMIN PANEL - We will need an admin panel to allow for complete administration of the users and content. Preferably built in Laravel.
Hosting will be a PHP server with files saved to an S3 bucket on Amazon
