Desarrollo de video chat peer to peer

Modules:
- Log in only with principal social networks (google, facebook, ) to get email address and name. User creates a unique-universal user ID among all the software users worldwide and creates a user profile that includes picture, name, profession and other relevant data.
- Peer to peer video streaming system (open source, if possible) to connect users and establish a video call whenever a user selects another user on a map or a list if the user is online.
- The map is similar to Periscope, where you can see other people connected in real time.
- Review/reputation system similar to airbnb. Each user make a review (1 to 5 stars and comments) of its counterpart during the conversation and afterwards. This module must include also "Report abuse" and other ethical issues.
- This project must run in any web browser (PC & MAC) and Android & IOS.
- Use only open source third party modules for this project.
- The code must be clear and correctly structure in order for us to modify it after completing it. All the code must be given to us including all the rights without any limitation.
