Custom apps and backend

Hello
We have this apps:

And we want to customize it

From this apps:

We need to add those points in our apps (fitness 7minute workout) :
Point #1: We need to add login and registration page

Point #2: Go to https://prnt.sc/17p3d6n then here https://prnt.sc/17p3goq
We need to add same function as this https://prnt.sc/17p3ng6

Point #3: About Backend we need to make same as those menus for admin side:

Point #4: For apps side we need same as this:

But User are not able to add any data
And when Admin add a data from the backend (see point #3) user have to select a feedback like that https://prnt.sc/17p7axx after he tap on the date here https://prnt.sc/17p81ep
I mean when user tape on the date and a popup should come and he have to select a feedback
