Create an iPad + Android App for Children to Do Coloring

Hi, I would like an iOS Developer to create an App for children to do coloring.

Attached some screenshot

The app must have the following functionality:
- Color palatte
- Different paint brushes, eraser
- Function to share the art work, to export as a JPG file
- Function to use the camera to capture photos and attach to the Artwork.
