Create Capacitor plugin for iOS

Create capacitor plugin (iOS only). The plugin has only one requirement: import Appodeal library from this tutorial: https://wiki.appodeal.com/en/ios/get-started.
Task: create Capacitor plugin and compile it using a hello-world ionic project. The plugin needs only one line of code: import Appodeal (from https://wiki.appodeal.com/en/ios/get-started)
