Complete iOS mobile application and upload it to the store

We have a ready-made template for a mobile application, it's similar to TikTok. we need someone expert in swift to take our customization notes to do it and to upload it to the apple store Without errors and with a guarantee of approval on the store. we tried to upload a copy of the app to the store, but it's not accepted, and the expert should know to fix the issues with the apple store.

Customization list:
1- change app logo.
2- change some icons in the app.
3- change splash screen.
4- remove some functions or icons from the app (live icon, anything related to payment, verification page, gift page ...).
5- keep login by Google, Facebook, and apple.
6- check all the app functions (login, upload video, likes, comments, chat, update profile, search, reports, and any other functions).
7- video descriptions should not accept hashtags.
8- fix any issue that will make the app not accepted on the apple store.
9- connect the app to the admin dashboard using APIs.
10- change privacy policy, terms and conditions links.
11- make sure that the app can run on any Apple device (iPhone, iPad).
