Code back end of iOS app (front end already done need back end)

Hello,

I have an iOS app that I need a back end created for. This back end is to enter data of sports picks. Some requirements are:

- In app purchases
- Putting data into sections of the app

I have a full document that I will give to the winning bidder. The design and most of the coding for the app is done there is no back end though.
