Calendar for my greenhouse.....

I need mobile /ipad application (iphone) thats can controll an Arduino or an Esp through a calendar and pull a relay depending on the temp realtime feedback.
Test example.
The calendar in the ipad is set to start a fan at 10am to 4pm if the temperature is below 10 degrees and turns off when it is 20 degrees. this operation takes place in the period from 10am - 4pm. And must be able to be set for all days of the week (7 days) Imagine you have a greenhouse in which you have to control the tempertur, and your fan (relay) starts and stops when the temperature is too low or too high. And in the calendars there must be a holiday mode to so nothing happens during the holidays.
I know this is not a big job, we just need to see if you fit your profile for a bigger job.
So first
1. Get the the bluetooth on the esp to communicate with the ESP and pull a relay on/off
2. Get feedback from the Esp to the app the statur of the relay (high or low) on / off
3. Integrate a dht11 or NTC 100k on the Esp with real time data to the App
4. Get the Calendar to communicate with the Esp to turn on / off the relay with in the sat temperature range.
Both the calendar and temperature are dynamic with in 7 days 24/7 and temp from 5 to 45 dergees.
