Calendar App for clients

Hi. I work with landowners to help facilitate the terms of leases for recreational purposes. I would like to develop an app That works like a calendar that I can input lease terms in and mark off availability. For example. If a lease is for 1 duck blind for 10 days. I would like the clients to be able to book their ten days and the owners to approve/deny/ see what days have been booked.
