**CREATIVE APP Developer for Member program

Looking for a creative and knowledgeable mobile App Developer to assist in creating an app that enables customers to use for a membership benefits card. I would like the app to have the ability in keeping track of the amount of times they use the membership with (XYZ client). I need help in brainstorming how I can make the app easy and user friendly for both the customer using the app and the service client. I am on the back end and will manage and oversee. I have other ideas I would like to share for this project.
