Building the best app for medical services!

I need help to develop a mobile application based on the combination of Uber and Tinder best atribuetes but applied to provide in-home medical care all across México and possibly to other countries, I´m attaching the presentation of the project, it is on spanish, I´m bilingüal and I would like to have a bilingüal freelancer as well so we can comunicate both ways.
