Building a Chinese eCommerce store and host in China

Hi, I like to build a Chinese eCommerce store and to be host in China.
The ecommerce store must be able to convert and compatible to apps and
able to publish in China App Store for both Android and iOS

Only simplified chinese, pls bid only if you are from China and complete in short time.

I am fine with using magento, woocommerce or any other ready templates and easy to admin.
