Build me a simple iPhone app

Hi, I need someone able to build me an iPhone app that basically let you add a new keyboard where you just have 3 buttons with pre selected words to easly and fastly send some messages on any app. The app should be just an homescreen where you can personalize those buttons (color, numbers, text, size ecc) and then from the iphone settings you can add this new keyboard. You should design the homescreen of the app too (just a basic design).
