Build me an online dating app.

I am looking to build an online dating app.
It will be based on both Android and iOs.
The app will be like right and left swipe to match /like or cancel ..to move to next profile .
No complicated system. Simple swipt to like or dislike.
Only functionality i need apart from above (normal match) is match based on specific quality like someone likes pet or food or travel etc.
So a user can choose normal match or quality based match
UI and UX needs to be very strong. Design + Development needed with full documentation.
It will be a free to use app.
