Build a native News Application for IOS

I want to built a Inshorts like App which can be published on IOS App Store. It would aggregate news from various news sources and present them as a snippet with a image. Each News Card will be scrollable up to see the next news item. Each News Card will be aggregated from News source configured in backend. There would also be a provision to create news card from admin console with Users having access to do the same.
