Build me a music player

I need a music player application native for IOS, designed like this web application https://api.hymn.krd/app (Mobile view port) , please do note that this url (api.hymn.krd) is where we will host our API and backend which is written in PHP.
Another feature of this application will be a download feature, where users can download a song and play it back when they're offline.
