Build a mobile video chat MVP

I would like to work with a flutter/react native/iOS senior mobile developer on a video chat app that provides real time translation capability. Think of it as Facetime but for people who speak different languages. If you are speaking English, the user from the other end chooses to see the translation in a different language, then they should be able to see translated language as a form of subtitle.

Make a video call
Receive a video/audio call
1:1 video chat with real time translation subtitle
