Build a mobile application for car pooling

Hello,
I would like to develop a navigation application named Take_me. I let you read the presentation of the project in outline below in order to be able to discuss the project in more depth and attach the specifications.
Introducing "Take_me"
- This is a carpooling application aimed at a community of members sharing the same objectives of reducing the impact of transport on global warming by maximizing the number of car passengers.
- Each member of the community can use the application either as a driver or as a passenger. But, for the sake of balance, the application being free, it is necessary to count the type of use, so that at the end of each period (for example every month or every three months) each one could fairly benefit from the transport service.
- For each trip, one of the users is registered as the driver of his car (he is the master of the route) and indicates his starting point and his point of arrival. He also specifies the date time of his departure (preferably, the day before the trip) , the other is a pedestrian who accepts the proposed trip with a pick-up at a meeting point set by the application.
- Take_me is an application that allows two users to find each other by taking the fastest path and calculating the optimal meeting point.
- Each user sees the position of the other, the meeting point, the route he must follow and an estimate of the time of arrival at the meeting point. The starting signal is given to the pedestrian by the application, so that he reaches the meeting point as soon as possible, and that the vehicle he joins does not have to park to wait for him.
- Information on the seriousness and punctuality of users will then be updated and completed in real time thanks to the community of users who can add information in the form of icons, comments, or even photos.
