Build a mobile app for lenders in native Swift for iOS iPhone

You will be creating this for iOS only in 'Swift'

Once Apple approves and publishes, then you will code the Android app in 'Kotlin.'

This will be a 'small, easy-to-do' app.

If Apple publishes it, then Version 2.0 will be much, much bigger in scope.

Here is a detailed outline of the mini-app features.

(I cannot send any screens or designs until after an NDA is signed.)

You should be able to give me a 'price' based on what you see below.

If I agree with the price....

Please remember that I will be 'dividing' this mini-app project into '6' separate jobs...

and you will be hired and paid for each one separately...


And remember, i have a detailed mockup PDF for 'each screen.'

If you (freelancer) or your company's coders have average skills -- they should be able to create my app easily from my design.

The mini-app is not complicated.

Please give me an 'overall price' of the mini-app, but you not be paid for 'that.'

I will pay you 'per job'.

If the price is fair and your work is excellent, it's highly likely you will get the 2nd job, 3rd job, etc

... and remember.. i have a detailed PDF mockup for each job. That will save you a lot of time since the design work is done.


I already have the server ready for you.

And I will buy the Apple license.

You will do all work under my license and on my server.

job 1:

Develop a non-functioning Master Admin (I have a detailed PDF mockup with designs)

This will be my first experience working with you/ your designer/coder and I hope we communicate well together. I am in California, USA.

So I want to see the layout of the Master Admin before any actual functionality is coded...
That is 'this job'... that you are bidding on... now.


job 2:

Code part of that Master Admin and the first screen (I already have the detailed PDF with designs)

The first screen is a simple 'contact' screen for that particular agent.

a) The contact screen will have a 'tap to call realtor' feature (so the home buyer does not have to type in the phone number).

b) tap to email agent feature

c) tap to text agent, feature

d) tap to see the real estate agent's website

e) And of course, the first screen will have the agent's photo, company name, and real estate logo (the logo I will either upload from my computer

or it can be programmed 'into' the app... But there are tens of thousands of real estate offices, each with their own company logo --

so I must have the option to upload that company logo and agent photo from my local computer...

So....

job #2 is to let me see a beta version (of screen 1 only) on Apple (we will NOT design the Google app until Apple approves Version 1)

I want to see if you can code my Master Admin so that I can easily create multiple apps for lots of real estate agents.

Each real estate agent that I create should be 'automatically' submitted to Apple once the app is created in the Master Admin.

Or, it must be very simple for 'me, alone' to submit that app to Apple for publication.

EXAMPLE: I will create '5' apps in the Master Admin (for 5 different real estate agents)

I want to see each one ... as a beta version... on Apple...

I cannot go further with this app project unless that can be done...


job 3:

Code the 'BIO' screen for the agent (I have a detailed PDF mockup with designs)

You will code a simple text editor into the Master Admin for me to create the biography for each agent.

This will be one screen, without any scrolling.

From inside my Master Admin, you will code a way for me to click inside a radio box and include 'designations' (there are about 20)

for that particular agent... These 'designations' are just icons representing a certification earned by that particular real estate agent.

There's not enough room left for me to post here the other 3 jobs.
I will explain those to you later.
