Build an ios iphone app to play a live shoutcast radio stream and mimic our website, and submit to the apple app store

I have a shoutcast radio stream. I need an ios iphone app to allow users to play the stream in real-time. The app should also have the same pages as our website. i will need the app submitted to apple app store after approval.
I have access to both the domain name and the shoutcast server the stream is located on (whm/cpanel).
I will take care of the $99 fee to upload the app to the apple app store.
This should be an easy and quick job for someone experienced.
