Build me a iPhone mobile app using Swift

I need an iPhone mobile app built using Swift. The app will allow an event/party host to create an event folder (wedding, party, ceremony, etc) with an event access password for users/attendees. The app will allow users/event attendees to take pictures on their iPhone within the app event folder. The pictures users take within the event folder, will automatically upload. Users must give the app permissions for their camera. The party/event host can access all the pictures taken by all the attendees who used the app within the event folder. All pictures of the specific event will all be in one place/folder.
