Build an iOS/iPad app with Apple maps

I need someone to build me an app that works similar to the apple iOS app “map plus”. However it will not have as many features. You will be using map kit and x engine.
Important features to have will be:
- Mark up of maps
- Custom icons to add to locations
- Folders to save data about locations
