I need you to develop an iOS and Android app connected to ManyChat for Restaurant Automation, as written in the title.
I built a Chatbot that allows people to book tables writing in the Messenger chat with natural language.
How does it work?
I built it on ManyChat and I integrated it with Dialogflow. The reservations are stored in a Google Sheet through Integromat.
The chatbot asks for date and time, then the Integromat's Scenario verifies that there are available spots at the selected date and time. If there are slots, then the reservation is successfully written on the Google Sheet. If there aren't slots, Integromat checks for an alternative slot in the Google Sheet and suggests it to the user.
The problem is that on the 2nd of August, Google updated their API to v4, so the Integromat's Google Sheets modules got deprecated and the Scenario doesn't work anymore. Also, with the new Google Sheets modules is not possible to have the same functions as before, so I thought that a good workaround would be to develop a custom App on which the reservations are shown.
The data that would have to be displayed on the app are very simple and are stored in some variables into the chatbot, so you would only need to display on the App the reservation day, time, how many people and stuff like that.
