Build an app for ios

I want to build an app that helps with allowances for kids. I would like it to include the possibilities for deposits, withdrawals, yearly interest calculation, which day the allowance is paid.

Able to manage several kids allowances, set a name for each kid, a profile pic for each kid.

I would like it to be approved by Apple appstore at first. Then also the store for Android.
