Build me an app called RENTITURE

Renting or buying second hand furniture: i am willing to create an IOS app (professional and student-oriented design) that allows international university students of Leamington Spa (Coventry, UK) to rent furnitures or buy second hand furnitures from other students or local people. The app should first be divided into rent and buy sections. Then it should display a whole set of furniture types' images that other users posted, such as living room, kitchen, bed room, bathroom etc... and their hypothetical renting or buying prices. Ultimately, the app should allow users to create a profile in which they can upload a photo of themselves, write a small bio (university course , nationality etc.), and include credit card payments.
