Build me an app

I want to build a basic app where I can post daily betting tips, but I have almost no knowledge regarding programming so I will also need to be explained how to make posts and stuff like that when my app is over. I don't even know what is the platform that I will use to publish posts and edit them, or where will I put ad codes and stuff like that. I will upload some images from other apps to give the idea of what I'm looking for
