Build me a app

I need a app that I can write reports on my iPad and it automatically converts to text. I do on paper reports for my company and I have to type them after for my customer . I want to skip that step and write them down and have it convert itself if it is possible . Please give me a call so we can go over this concept as I have another aspect on the app I need done . Thanks
