Build me an app -- 2

We would like to create an app wherein the customers can post their business ideas and we can research for them and tell them the viability of their idea. So the developer would have to create a simple app where the customer would have to log in and answer some questions that would give us an accurate idea of their business idea. Then the app should allow us to send our market research to the customer.
