Build me an app

My small company have a great app idea! Love to have individual checklist that we can share with each other and monitor each other progress on said checklists, would also love to have a points system where specific task have a different point value. We would also like to be able to include photo descriptions as well as text for each task. Also be notified when other members successfully complete a task on there checklist.
