Build a Filter game App

Looking to get an IOS and Google play filter game app build. I want the app to be similar to (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.banuba.camera&hl=en_US&gl=US) but the only difference is the app will only have my filter. I’ve created the type of filter I want on AR Spark. I want it to be an in purchase app as well. I’ve included a video of the filter.
