Bts fans only

Hello I'm looking for someone to develop me an Instagram like app for android and Ios and IOS it is going to be called BTS fans only and I would like it to have the same features as Instagram This is a very time sensitive project as it would need to be finished before November 30th I already have my Google play account and my Apple store account and also my AWS for Amazon I am willing to buy the template from the unity store to help with development just need someone to put it all together so it runs smooth for my daughter for her birthday Unfortunately my budget is small so please do not inquire if you cannot stick to the budget But if you can look forward to a long relationship as I'm sure we will constantly need upgrades to the app As well as adding add integration into it
