AR (Augmented Reality) - App - Text Recognition

Hey,
for a new project I am looking for an App developer who specialises in AR App development for iPhone.
The goal of the app is to recognize text within the open live camera.
Above the recognized text should be an icon, where the user can copy and share the recognized text.
THE APP ONLY NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO READ TEXT OF PRINTED DOCUMENTS.
So, no handwritten stuff.
Experience in:

Use cases: Opening the AR App and going on a document, which reads all the text-spots in the printed document.
For example, on the top right is the date, on the bottom the email, .... and so on. all recognized areas will be marked in the live app and are able to copy or share.
