Apple Iwatch app

The backend Azure SQL will be the DB with a REST Api connection. This part we have already built (prototype)
The IOS App will need only to be able to do the following:
Save configuration information
Username/Patient/ID
API configuration settings
Emergency contact number (inserted into HealthKIT)
Logo screen and icon
Data Refresh/Transmission interval of Min 1 second
Ability to trigger SOS (Apple iwatch Fall) or emergency alert based from manual trigger or auto trigger (Apple iwatch Fall)
Maintain login and connectivity and auto restart or power out/off.
