App transfer, rebrand and repair

I have acquired a company with a travel app that is needed for emergency global location. The app exists already but needs some work and rebranding. I have all logos done but am looking for someone to assist in the transfer to our new business and to do the rebrand.
For iphone and android.
It is a very simple app and a rebuild from the ground up may be the easier than facilitating a transfer
