App similar to cash app or Zelle

I'm looking to create an app very similar to cash app or Zelle to be able to send money to friends and family. I would love to partner with a existing company like Payoneer etc. It will be a success once I can get it of the ground. Please don't come with your high ball figures cause I'm not building with help it's coming from my pockets. Thanks
