App for booking

A friend of mine has 4 properties that are listed on different sites like Cleartrip etc. he needs an app that allows him to manage the booking across all platform, but onto his app
He should see all the bookings and also available dates. Should also able to block dates and then it should reflect accordingly on all sites.
Also note, it can be multi user
