I am from Montenegro, and I am looking to make an application for my country in which businesses can post their job descriptions and people can send in their CVs and apply for the job over this application. It would need to have a login/register page when first entering. People would have to send their personal documents such as ID cards or passports (excluding businesses they can post job descriptions as they want since they are paying). Businesses have the ability to post jobs and normal citizens have the ability to apply for those jobs. There would also be a rating system for the businesses/employees in which a person can rate after working for the business(receiving first payment) and businesses can rate employees based on their work(5-star system). Once the business has selected the person they want to employ they would have to pay the employee through the application, which is held by the app and given to the employee per the specifications agreed upon between the employer and employee(either at the end of each day, end of the month or when the job is finished). It must be stated that a portion of the payment is going as tax and 1% to us as commission. It should also have a clean user interface.
