App Store In-app purchase Fix

Hi,
We have a game built in Unity, the game is live on App Store. We now wish to add in-apps in the game and for some reason we are not able to fix an issue with in-app each time the app goes in review we receive the same problem regarding the in-apps
"We continue to find that your in-app purchase products exhibited one or more bugs when reviewed on iPad running iOS 14.7.1 on Wi-Fi.
Specifically, no action took place when we tapped on any of your in-app purchase products."
The fix needs to be done on teamviewer.
