In App Purchase Implementation for an iOS Xamarin App

Hello, We have a working iOS App, developoped in Xamarin, and for which we want to implement InAppPurchase (IAP) now.
The IAP would concern the acquisition of a dataabse for a one year suscription. We will provide you with the existing code of the App, and you will buold the IAP around it.
The way we want it to work is to have a popup window offering the IAP purchase, everytime the user launches the app. IF the user goes for "yes" to the IAP, then you will walk him / her through the IAP process and in the end download the database.
