I am looking to pay someone that could develop a game like animal kaiser: the king of animals. Something similar to the game that could be played on mobile phone.

Things to look out for:

-In app packs purchasing system similar to what fifa ultimate team is doing.

-Ability to trade with other players

-Ability to sell or buy cards

-Ability to earn cards through rewards and events.
