Amendment of a simple iOS app

I am a doctor who works with children who have learning difficulties. I have had an app developed which helps those who problems learning to read (Dyslexia). The app is called Read-it. It is free and is on the app store. I have the iOS source code. A description of the amendment I need is given in the attached WORD file. Also attached is a short 1 minute video showing what the app does.
