Add photo editing and markup feature to iOS app and format for iPad

I have an existing iOS app and I would like to add photo editing and markup capabilities to it.
The app allows a user to take a photo which is then uploaded to a dropbox folder and currently once the photo is taken there are no options to edit it. I need to be able to edit and markup the photo.
The app was designed for iPhones but I now need to have it looked over to make sure that it will format on the iPad without any issues.
The app is attached.
Please note, any freelancer that changes the price after contact will be rejected. Once a price is set there WILL NOT BE ANY MODIFICATIONS.
