Add new functions to existing app - only experienced iOS developers

We are looking for a developer who can both work in our CMS and in the coding of an ios app.

We want to add 3 new subpages like this 1) General info and audio recording with share and save function 2) Subpage with general info. 3) Question page based on GPS with pop-up questions /(see illustration). We suggest that the students will get the right questions at the right place/monument automatically controlled by GPS - When the students visit any monument the app will trace it and give background information, videos, student questions & tasks. The teacher will pick up all student answers (with the name of the student and name of the monument) in the backend (login base in the app) and the student can send a copy of the answer to their own email also.
New login system where teachers can log in and students can log in with info about their school. The students should be able to send in the writings from the question page to the teacher this could be done and stored in CMS or some other way
