ActionScript3 expert needed for mic use crash in non-native iOS for app using Starling framework and Harmans AIR SDK

I am having an issue with our multi-OS app with the new version of iOS. The app where is crashes when the microphone is accessed. Previous iOS were fine so might be easy to fix or IOS permission. Already updated to the latest AIRSDK - didn't fix.

I need a top notch ActionScript3 programmer. If you work well on this task I have a lot of future work for you.
